By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one registered account on ur999. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across multiple accounts may be voided.

Restricted Use: Employees, directors, agents and immediate family members of ur999, its affiliates and its software and service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money activity on the platform.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds pending withdrawal.
To access real-money features of ur999, you must complete the account registration process in full. This requires providing a valid email address, creating a secure password, confirming your date of birth and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. ur999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ur999 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or a third party — is your sole responsibility.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ur999 support immediately via live chat or the support email address. ur999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
ur999 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved. ur999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and verified. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.
All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on ur999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method involves currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be disclosed at the point of transaction. ur999 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. ur999 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
ur999 supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual examples of commonly used Pakistani payment infrastructure. ur999 does not claim endorsement by, affiliation with or operational support from any of these providers. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirement checks and internal fraud review. ur999 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe displayed in the account dashboard for each method. ur999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud is suspected or where the account has not passed KYC verification.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified account in the User's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ur999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero. Users may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
All bets placed on ur999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference number. ur999 reserves the right to void, refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market error, pricing error or system failure has occurred.
Where a bet is placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether caused by a pricing error, a data feed fault or a human input mistake — ur999 reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amount to the account balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on major events including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral cricket series, football leagues, UFC events and other sporting competitions. In-play odds are subject to rapid change. ur999 may suspend in-play markets at any time and reserves the right to void in-play bets where a market is incorrectly left open following the relevant event outcome becoming known.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, ur999 will use publicly available official sources to determine the correct settlement outcome. ur999's decision on bet settlement is final.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport-specific rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport and market type are published within the platform's help section.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on ur999 are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, eligible games or markets, minimum qualifying odds and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each individual offer and must be read before opting in.
Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds — or in some cases, combined real-money and bonus funds — before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and contribution rates vary by game type.
ur999 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Conduct considered abusive includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedging bets to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds, systematically exploiting low-margin markets or game features to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, and using bots or automated tools to generate bonus activity.
Where bonus abuse is detected, ur999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, restrict the account from future promotional offers and, in serious cases, close the account and retain funds pending investigation.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, real-money funds are used and withdrawn before bonus funds. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from bonus wagering — after the wagering requirement is fully satisfied — are eligible for withdrawal.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ur999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ur999.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ur999 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
ur999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party data feed failures and events outside ur999's reasonable control may affect platform availability. ur999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, delayed bet placement or failed transactions caused by such events.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. ur999 accepts no responsibility for any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform.

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met prior to the closure date. Closure of an account does not affect ur999's right to pursue any outstanding obligations owed by the User.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ur999 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
If you are accessing the platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable federal or provincial laws. ur999 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in Pakistan and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your decision to access the platform from that jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
